At PrintChitra, customer satisfaction is important to us. As many of our products are customized and made to order, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear and transparent.

1. Customized & Personalized Products

Since our products such as house name plates, photo frames, and printed items are customized according to customer requirements, we do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please share:

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

3. Cases Where Return / Refund Will Not Apply

  • Incorrect customization details, spelling, address, or image provided by the customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen resolution, lighting, or printing variation
  • Delay caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the customization, design, or production process begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
