For customized and personalized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, photos, addresses, dimensions, and any other required details. PrintChitra will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery is available and selected.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. Orders for customized products can only be cancelled before production begins. Once the design, customization, or printing process has started, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimated and may vary depending on location, customization requirements, courier performance, or unforeseen circumstances. PrintChitra is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or situations beyond our control.

7. Return, Refund & Replacement

Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customized products are generally non-returnable unless received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, subject to verification.
